We provide a full range of support services and contracted support.
Both contract and one off support is available to businesses and home users. We offer full trouble shooting, assistance either on site or remote support.
Most issues can be dealt with via remote support provided the issue is software related. Using remote support we can guide you therough the process and show you how to deal with the issue should it arise again. We can provide advice and instruction on how to do tasks on your PC and even limited training. Remote support has a once off charge of £35 and this is regardless of the time taken to solve the issue. Training costs will depend on the training needed. Remote support cannot be used without a fully functional broadband link and may be unuseable in some fault situations. Where this is the case we wont charge for the attempt.
If we have to visit there is a minimum charge of £35 and then £35 for each hour on site after that. We do operate an out of area charge which varies based on a tem mile radius from Denmead. We will advise you of this charge and its only payable on the call out charge, not the hourly charges. Thus for example, a call out to Hamble in Southampton comes in at £40 inital call out then £35 an hour.
If we are still unable to solve the problem we may need to take your computer for repair. This is a fixed price service at £45 plus parts. We will generally know if this is the case early on and may simply charge for this service and not the call out.
We do provide a support assurance service for home users. This costs £8.99 per month or a one off payment of £100. This provides you with:
1 unlimited* call out OR 2 Remote support incidents.
Automatic priority on repairs. Your PC will be looked at as soon as its in our workshop
Unlimited reduced rate (£35) healthchecks
* Unlimited meaning you wont be billed for any time on site. The out of area charge may still apply.
